Bought this Ford Ecosport 18th off October 2025 from Gibbor Motors in Pretoria and drove it down home to Gordonsbay Western Cape. View days later we discovered that all four injectors suddenly failed without a y specific reason and the left back door handle failed. Clifford stood by me despite the distance between us and organized with a RMI accredited garage to fix it. All a.d all it was about R34000 to fix it and Gibbor motors paid it immediately. But about two days later again problems started with the cold start of the vehicle, struggling and making a lot of smoke. And on top off that the back hatchdoor also broke. So Clifford organized with a Ford specialist from Worcester a out 120km from me to pick up the vehicle and try to sort out the problem. In the mean time they hired a vehicle for me and paid it in full while my own vehicle we t for further check ups. Glow plugs a d a lot of sensors were cheked and replaced. Diagnostics was yet again done at a Ford garage and the back hatchdoor system was replaced. Within a few days my vehicle was delivered at my doorstep. I am not sure what the final cost was but i think it must be near R50000. Not once dit the dealership try to side step me or not to help me. They really went out of their way to assist me in this whole process. I don’t blame them at all for the breakdowns and problems on the Ford. It all was unforseen and just very bad luck. But they stood by me, walked the extra miles and is really trustworthy.
It has been a FANTASTIC experience doing business with Clifford and his son. Brilliant service, fast, and very friendly and easy. Their after-service was excellent as well, and I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We walked in there last Friday and immediately the salesman was with us. Anthony. Got very good service, just bought a car and their after-sales service to get the vehicle ready, put it through the test etc. was great. Thank you very much that there are still people who care. The owners were also very friendly and when we went to pick up the vehicle everyone came to greet us. Wow excellent! Thank you very much 👌🙏🙏

Baie dankie vir die mooi review mevrou. Mag daardie pragtige Hyundai wat u gekoop het die karavaan nog vir baie jare na die Drakensberge toe veilig sleep en die hele Suid-Afrika plat toer. Ons waardeer dat u ons vertrou het toe dit tyd was om ‘n nuwe voertuig aan te koop.

I am very glad he did not ask me to reverse it out when we tested to see if it would fit nicely, chances are we would still have been there.
